You'll be responsible for

Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meeting KPIs

Ensuring that KPIs are met, while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Handling inquiries

Supporting and handling walk-in, email, and telephone inquiries efficiently and accurately.
