You'll be responsible for

Leading the end-to-end strategy for Country Road Home with full P&L responsibility, setting the long-term vision and executing the growth plan.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail, and other teams to enhance customer experiences and expand the store fleet.

Inspiring the design team

Guiding the Design team to deliver innovative product ideas and seasonal concepts that resonate with customers.
