You'll be responsible for

Cooking meals
Ensuring all meals are cooked The Sporting Globe Way, following national recipes and plating guides.🧽
Maintaining cleanliness
Keeping the kitchen sparkling clean and well-organised, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.👩🍳
Managing kitchen operations
Allocating staff sections and managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.Key criteria
👨🍳
Diploma in culinary arts or related field
Possession of a relevant diploma or equivalent experience.View

2-3 years kitchen experience
Demonstrated experience in high-volume kitchen environments.View
