You'll be responsible for
🍽️
Cooking meals
Ensuring all meals are cooked according to The Sporting Globe Way, following national recipes and plating guides.👩🍳
Managing kitchen operations
Overseeing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef, including staff allocation and secondary duties.📋
Contributing to menu development
Working with the Back of House Management team to improve current menu items and develop specials and limited-time offers.Key criteria

Culinary qualifications and experience
Diploma in culinary arts or 2-3 years of kitchen experience.View
