Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, support retention initiatives, and maintain strong agency partnerships.

Monitoring HR KPIs

Monitor HR KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and identify trends to inform continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Skills you'll need

👥

Human Resources Expertise

3–5 years of demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Generalist, with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Regulatory Knowledge

Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and contemporary HR practices.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
