Liaising with executives

Engaging with key Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) and Executive Leadership Teams (ELTs), typically HR Directors, CPOs, and CIOs.

Developing business strategies

Planning and forecasting to create clear business strategies aimed at expanding and retaining customer accounts.

Skills you'll need

HR Business Partner experience

5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, looking for a new challenge while remaining in the HR sector.
🗣️

Communication skills

Comfortable communicating and presenting to C-suite executives, with an ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Commercial acumen

Recognised for superior commercial/business acumen and ability to plan and forecast business strategies.
