The HR Services Officer plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience at Macquarie University. You'll be responsible for

Administering HR transactions

Administering position management, appointment variations, secondments and terminations within HR systems.

Processing transactions

Processing transactions in alignment with relevant enterprise agreements, modern awards, employment legislation, organisational policies, procedures, and controls.

Monitoring data quality

Proactively monitoring data quality and consistency within and between HR systems, resolving errors with guidance from your Manager.

Demonstrated experience in HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
