You'll be responsible for

Driving end-to-end recruitment

Overseeing the entire recruitment process for all properties, from workforce planning to onboarding.

Championing sourcing strategies

Developing proactive talent pools for high-volume and critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Coordinating HR activities

Managing various HR tasks and providing general support to the Human Resources Team.
