You'll be responsible for

Leading planning and delivery

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the Industrial Relations and Compliance Programs.

Developing stakeholder engagement

Develop and lead stakeholder engagement ensuring organisational readiness for the programs.

Monitoring project progress

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Change Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or HR.

5-7 years of project management experience

Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
