Creating a friendly and professional environment for individuals accessing homelessness services.

Conducting client assessments

Managing intake processes and maintaining accurate records and reporting for effective service delivery.

Supporting clients with referrals

Providing information and connections to housing and community services to assist clients in need.

Key criteria

📜

Diploma in community services

Relevant diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
