You'll be responsible for

Conducting internal reviews
Conduct independent internal reviews of claims decisions by preparing a Certificate of Determination with reasoning to support findings.📞
Communicating with customers
Telephone communication with the customer during the internal review process.📄
Preparing legal submissions
Responding to and preparing legal submissions in response to applications lodged with the Personal Injury Commission.Key criteria

Legal and technical expertise in NSW CTP legislation
Proven ability to interpret and apply NSW CTP legislation effectively.View
