Conduct end to end investigations across various risks to support the detection and prevention of fraud and maintaining policy compliance.

Preparing reports

Prepare clear, accurate and detailed investigation reports to support claim outcomes and dispute resolution.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including claims, underwriting, legal and specialist experts.
