You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support

Delivering support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripheral equipment while troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Supporting Nurse Call systems

Offering frontline support for Nurse Call systems and escalating critical incidents when necessary, ensuring seamless communication for residents' needs.
📹

Assisting with CCTV platforms

Providing support for CCTV platforms, including troubleshooting and user administration, to maintain safety and security within the facilities.
