You'll be responsible for

Managing key accounts

Manage a defined portfolio of key corporate, government, and agency accounts across the RACV Group.

Developing account plans

Develop and execute tailored account plans to strengthen partnerships, maximise lifetime value, and ensure ongoing retention.

Leading rebooking process

Lead the rebooking process post-event to secure repeat business and strengthen account continuity.
