Provide strategic leadership, coordination, and governance of the Pharmacy Education and Training Program to support organisational objectives and enhance workforce capability.👩⚕️
Supporting and supervising staff
Support and supervise pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy assistants/technicians, fostering a culture of learning and excellence in service provision.📈
Driving education initiatives
Drive and support education initiatives, including intern training, student placements, and continuing professional development programs.Key criteria
