Providing strategic guidance and leadership to Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, supporting effective delivery, high performance, stakeholder management and timely escalation of issues.

Building relationships

Building strong, trusted relationships with internal teams, client representatives and external stakeholders to support transparent communication, alignment and confident decision-making.
