Leading Learning & Capability Strategy
Lead the national Learning & Development strategy aligned to the business Long Term Plan, ensuring learning solutions support performance and leadership effectiveness.🎓
Designing Leadership & Training Programs
Design and oversee national leadership and capability programs, embedding consistent onboarding and development pathways across the organization.📋
Managing Systems, Data & Governance
Own learning systems and capability data, overseeing the national L&D budget and continuously improving learning effectiveness.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Learning & Development, HR, or related area.View
📅
3+ years L&D experience
Demonstrated experience as an L&D Partner in medium to large organisations.View

Proven program design skills
Experience designing and delivering national L&D programs effectively.View
