You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice
Support the claims team by providing legal advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy and guidelines affecting workers’ compensation claims to enable sound, evidence-based and legally accurate decision making.🤝
Collaborating with external legal providers
Work closely with the external legal panel providers to ensure a high level of legal advice, and effective litigation strategy to drive optimum outcomes.🏛️
Attending legal proceedings
Attend legal proceedings as EML’s representation together with the external Legal Provider representative.Key criteria

1-3 years PQE in workers compensation
Experience managing Work Injury Damages and statutory matters.View
