You'll be responsible for

Designing and implementing Windows 11 endpoint environment

Work closely with customers and teams to design and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment, ensuring a seamless experience.

Providing BAU support for services

Deliver ongoing support for services, including incident, change, and problem management, to maintain operational excellence.
🤝

Collaborating with resolver teams

Engage with various teams within Unisys and external vendors to drive successful outcomes for clients.

Skills you'll need

🏢

Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment

A strong background in enterprise environments is essential for success in this job.
🔧

Experience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching and management

Proficiency in managing MECM/SCCM infrastructure, including patching and updates, is crucial.

Experience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM

Hands-on experience with InTune and migrating tasks from MECM is highly valued.
