Unisys is seeking a MECM and/or Intune technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their dynamic team in Canberra. This job involves collaborating with various teams to design, configure, and implement a Windows 11 endpoint environment, ensuring successful outcomes for government and private clients. You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Designing and implementing Windows 11 endpoint environments

Work closely with teams to create and manage the Windows 11 environment, including Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
🔧

Providing BAU support for services

Manage incidents, changes, and problems while enhancing services and migrating systems.
📄

Creating documentation such as FAQ guides and SOPs

Develop clear and concise documentation to support users and team members.

Skills you'll need

💼

Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment

A solid background in enterprise environments is essential for success in this job.
🖥️

Experience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching and management

Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM is crucial for managing and maintaining systems effectively.

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Strong communication skills are necessary to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
