This job is all about being a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MECM and Intune at Unisys. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the Windows 11 endpoint environment, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. The team thrives on collaboration and is dedicated to making a positive impact for both government and private clients.

You'll be responsible for

Designing and implementing Windows 11 endpoint environment

Collaborating with customers, management, and peers to create a seamless Windows 11 experience, including Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
🔄

Providing BAU support for services

Managing incidents, changes, and problems while enhancing services and migrating systems.
🤝

Working closely with resolver teams and vendors

Engaging with various teams to ensure successful outcomes for government and private clients.
