Providing expert advice

Provide expert, commercially pragmatic advice on complex employee and industrial relations issues.

Coaching leaders

Coach and support leaders through disciplinary processes, performance matters and workplace disputes.

Tertiary qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
