The Marketing & Bid Coordinator position is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sydney CBD on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This job plays a crucial role in leading the marketing function and ensuring the successful production of tenders and proposals for the Project Leaders team. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of how the team works, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

Leading production of tenders

Lead end-to-end production of major tenders and proposals, coordinating inputs from Project Managers and subject matter experts.

Reviewing documentation

Reviewing tender documentation and evaluation criteria; drafting, editing and designing content.

Managing communications

Internal and external communications, as well as drafting and sending out quarterly newsletters.

Key criteria

📝

Tender and proposal production experience

3+ years of experience producing major tenders and proposals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Adobe InDesign exposure

Experience using Adobe InDesign for creating presentations.
