Using the RIS system (Karisma) to book and reschedule appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.

Key criteria

Proven reception or customer service experience

Demonstrated experience in reception or customer-facing roles.

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Possession of a valid licence for multi-site travel.
