You'll be responsible for

Providing support and guidance

Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, offering reassurance and assistance.

Delivering tailored solutions

Understand individual needs and offer personalized solutions to members.

Navigating multiple systems

Confidently manage various systems while engaging in high-quality conversations with members.
