You'll be responsible for

Delivering personalised assistance

Providing face-to-face support to workers and employers to facilitate their recovery and return to work.

Providing workers’ compensation advice

Offering guidance and advice to stakeholders including workers, employers, and service providers.

Conducting community visits

Visiting work sites and medical clinics to support injured workers and their employers.

Skills you'll need

Rehabilitation / Return to Work knowledge

Strong knowledge and experience in rehabilitation and return to work processes is ideal.

Knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation legislation

Understanding of the relevant legislation and regulations surrounding workers' compensation in New South Wales.

Effective listening and conflict resolution skills

Ability to listen effectively and resolve conflicts, understanding the needs of individuals recovering from injuries.
