You'll be responsible for

Delivering profitable growth

Own and deliver profitable growth across a portfolio of On Premise customers, leading execution of customer strategy and Joint Business Planning (JBP) outcomes.

Managing customer relationships

Act as the primary customer interface, owning relationships with customer buying, category, procurement, marketing and operational stakeholders, and leading the sell-in, negotiation and delivery of commercial plans that achieve NSV, volume, margin and trade and A&P investment targets.

Executing commercial strategies

Accountable for execution of pricing, promotional, pouring rights, visibility and activation strategies, working with cross-functional teams to land triple win outcomes (Diageo, Customer, Consumer) in market.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

6-8 years in FMCG or hospitality

Proven experience in FMCG, liquor, hospitality, or sales.

Experience in customer relationship management

Demonstrated experience managing On Premise customer relationships.
