You'll be responsible for

Providing exceptional customer service

Responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Leading by example

Attending to guest requests immediately and being proactive and resourceful to guide other team members.

Running night audit process

Assisting with the night audit process, accurately posting hotel revenue and producing a complete night audit report.

Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional service in busy environments.
