Maintaining a clean, well-stocked office, managing building access passes, safety compliance, and coordinating repairs/vendor relationships.

Handling procurement and supplies

Managing weekly orders, stationery and coffee bean orders, and completing expense processing for relevant staff.

Coordinating mail, packages, and courier services

Handling daily newspapers, postal box, incoming packages, and courier deliveries, including invoice reconciliation.
