You'll be responsible for

Providing high-level administration support

Supporting members of the Executive Team by scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing expenses.

Managing office facilities

Ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively, proactively managing any issues that arise.

Leading engagement activities

Supporting engagement within office facilities through the delivery of monthly staff engagement activities with the Café team.
