You'll be responsible for

Assisting with strategic planning
In collaboration with SLHD Facilities, assist with strategic planning, innovation and future priorities, clinical improvement, policy oversight, and senior medical workforce planning for Aged Health, Rehabilitation, Endocrinology & Andrology services.🏥
Leading community-based programs
Operational leadership of identified Aged Health Chronic Care & Rehabilitation (AHCCR) community-based programs to achieve the best in health and social outcomes for our communities.⚙️
Managing resources
Lead, direct, plan, and manage the physical and human resources of AHCCR community programs ensuring effective and efficient provision of high-quality services.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management
Possession of qualifications in health management, including postgraduate studies.View

Extensive experience in aged care and rehabilitation
Demonstrated experience with NSW and Australian Government policies in these sectors.View
