Own and lead the end-to-end change strategy and delivery plan aligned to program objectives, business outcomes, and stakeholder needs.

Setting communication and engagement strategy

Set the communications and engagement strategy and oversee development of executive-ready communications (briefings, change narrative, FAQs, campaigns).

Defining training and learning support

Define the learning and capability strategy based on role-based impacts; align learning scope, sequencing, and resourcing to the overall release plan.

Change management experience (6-8 years)

Proven experience leading organisational change management in complex environments.
