Creating organisational values
Driving the creation and adoption of new organisational values, ensuring they are integrated across all business areas to foster a unified culture.đ
Managing performance review frameworks
Owning the Performance Review framework to ensure it aligns with strategic priorities and supports capability growth.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Human Resources, OD, or Psychology.View
