Supporting strategic planning
Partnering with the OD team and senior leaders to support strategic planning through research, data gathering, and preparation of materials; helping implement initiatives aligned to long-term business growth.🤝
Coordinating stakeholder engagement
Coordinating meetings, communications, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize value from OD systems and resources.📋
Administering employee engagement surveys
Supporting the administration and analysis of engagement surveys and listening tools, and helping deliver communications and recognition programs that strengthen culture.Key criteria
