Play a key role in delivering programs, plans, and activities that enhance employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.

Supporting employee onboarding and recognition

Work in partnership with stakeholders to support initiatives related to employee onboarding and recognition.

Analyzing survey results

Support the department-wide delivery of the People Matter Employee Survey and the subsequent results analysis and action planning phase.
