Delivering culture and engagement initiatives

Playing a key role in delivering programs, plans, and activities that enhance employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.

Supporting onboarding and recognition

Working in partnership with various stakeholders to support initiatives related to employee onboarding and recognition.

Analyzing survey results

Supporting the department-wide delivery of the People Matter Employee Survey and the subsequent results analysis and action planning phase.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields

Possession of relevant qualifications in human resources or organisational development.

Demonstrated experience working on PMES and results analysis.

Proven project and program management skills

Experience coordinating multiple deliverables in dynamic environments.
