Providing reception and switchboard support
Acting as a key contact point for patients, clinicians, practice managers, and health funds regarding patient admissions and billing.🔒
Maintaining patient confidentiality
Ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld at all times while handling sensitive information.📜
Advising patients on rights and responsibilities
Informing patients of their rights, responsibilities, and out-of-pocket expenses to ensure informed financial consent is obtained.Key criteria

Patient administration system experience
Experience using IBA WebPas for patient admissions and management.View
