You'll be responsible for

Providing reception and switchboard support
Acting as a key contact point for patients, clinicians, practice managers, and health funds regarding admissions, discharges, and billing.🔒
Maintaining patient confidentiality
Ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld at all times while managing sensitive information.📋
Advising patients on rights and responsibilities
Informing patients of their rights, responsibilities, and out-of-pocket expenses to ensure informed financial consent is obtained.Key criteria

Experience with patient administration systems
Demonstrated experience using IBA WebPas or similar systems.View
