You'll be responsible for

Providing customer service

Acting as the first point of contact to patients and providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Managing appointments

Booking and confirming patients for appointments and consultations.

Accurately processing relevant paperwork including data entry and managing patient records.
