About the job

This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants to make a big impact and help shape Co-Hive’s people, culture and systems as we grow. You will be the glue that keeps staff aligned, connected and supported across every department. You will work closely with the CEO, General Manager, Finance and Operations teams to ensure Co-Hive remains people-focused, mission-driven, compliant and ready for expansion, always anchored in our commitment to young adults with disability and neurodiversity.
