Lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the People Strategy, ensuring initiatives are on track, interconnected and driving meaningful outcomes.

Delivering strategic initiatives

Own and deliver key strategic People initiatives end-to-end, working across the organisation and in-depth on priority programs.

Providing strategic oversight

Provide strategic oversight of governance and reporting, including preparing high-quality papers for Executive Committee and Board-level forums.
