Building stakeholder partnerships
Build trusted relationships with your client group to advise on operational people matters and deliver cyclical P&C initiatives.📋
Managing case management
Manage minor to moderate people cases (performance management, investigations, employee relations) in a timely, consistent and risk-aware way.🧭
Providing operational guidance
Provide coaching and counsel on talent management, employee relations, performance, development and organisational change.What we're looking for

2+ years in HR or P&C
Experience as an HR generalist or advisor in operationsView
