You'll be responsible for

Providing advice
Providing timely advice to supervisors, superintendents, and project leaders on HR matters including performance, conduct, rosters, leave, entitlements, and workplace behaviour.🚀
Supporting mobilisation processes
Assisting with mobilisation processes including onboarding, inductions, credential checks, and coordination with site access, training, and travel functions.🤝
Promoting positive relationships
Supporting positive working relationships between employees, contractors, and site leadership.Key criteria
📚
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
Possession of relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.View
🛠️
HR advisory experience in heavy industry
Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor or Coordinator.View
⚖️
Understanding of HR processes and legislation
Strong grasp of employment laws and ER/IR fundamentals.View
