Acting as the first point of contact for all People & Culture (P&C) related matters and queries, ensuring effective communication.🤝
Providing support and guidance
Offering support, guidance, and coaching to people leaders and employees on P&C policies, processes, and the employee lifecycle.📝
Overseeing onboarding processes
Managing pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for new starters to ensure compliance with company policy.Key criteria

2+ years in Human Resources
Experience in a Human Resource function is essential.View
