In this pivotal position, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to a Partner and a team of lawyers, contributing to the leading Public Sector practice in Australia. You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Working closely with a team of fee-earners to support with general administrative tasks, client management, timesheets and other ad hoc tasks to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Managing accounts and billing

General accounts management, client reporting and monthly billing.
📞

Coordinating communications

Corresponding and coordinating with clients, counsel, consultants and internal Clayton Utz teams including Finance and IT.

Skills you'll need

📜

Legal secretarial experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal secretarial role supporting Partners or C-level executives in a law firm or similar professional services firm.
🗣️

Communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
