You'll be responsible for

Achieving and growing territory revenue
Execute surgeon and account-based plans, pursue tenders/contracts, and drive unit growth and market share.š„
Building clinical and KOL relationships
Cultivate relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to accelerate product adoption and secure long-term account support.š
Leading clinical education and training
Design account-specific in-service programs, coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams, and run training events.Key criteria
