You'll be responsible for

Assessing liability

Assessing liability across a range of claim types, including single vehicle incidents, multi-vehicle accidents, theft claims, and third-party matters.

Managing disputed claims

Managing disputed claims and supporting the National Claims Manager with escalated or complex claims matters.
📞

Responding to complaints

Responding to and managing AFIA complaints and other external dispute resolution matters within required timeframes.
