Proactively managing rehabilitation providers and approving rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.š
Liaising with stakeholders
Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.š
Conducting investigations
Gathering evidence and conducting investigations to assist in dispute proceedings and ensuring timely management.Key criteria
