Championing employee engagement
Champion employee engagement metrics, using data to identify trends, inform decision-making and recommend new benefits that enhance motivation and wellbeing beyond base salary.💰
Driving compensation reviews
Drive the planning and delivery of the annual compensation review, using market insights and benchmarking tools to maintain our competitive edge.Key criteria

5+ years in reward management
Demonstrated experience as a Reward Manager or Lead across diverse cultures.View
