You'll be responsible for

Coaching sellers and leaders

Coach all roles within the sales organisation, using classic coaching skills such as asking thought-provoking questions, listening intently, and allowing sellers to come to their own conclusions.
🚀

Driving best-practice sales skills

Enhance skills, teach terminology, and concepts as defined by the Client-Centric Sales Methodology, ensuring sellers understand and adopt these principles.
🔄

Fostering behavioural change

Use coaching skills to facilitate behavioural change among sellers, enabling them to improve their sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Skills you'll need

Sales experience

Experience with direct sales and/or sales management to establish credibility with sellers and sales leaders, informing coaching approaches and driving results.
🗣️

Coaching expertise

Experience in utilising classic coaching skills, including thought-provoking questions, active listening, and guiding individuals to reach their own conclusions, driving behavioural change and enhancing sales performance.
📚

Sales methodology knowledge

Experience with sales best practices, client buying behaviours, and sales methodologies, specifically the Client-Centric Sales Methodology, to inform coaching and drive adoption of best-practice sales skills.
